Shelling Peas

Shelling Peas...
Doesn't that have such a nice ring to it?
I thought it would be a beautiful name for my blog.
After some Google searching however, I found that some other folk liked how it sounded too. (See Shelling Peas)
And now I have the chance to write a post on it.

First we planted the peas, watered, loved and grew them.
After picking, came the shelling... and the tasting.

I recruited some very willing helpers.

I would say about half of the peas made it into the bowl
(can you just see the green giveaway on Mr Turtle's tongue?)

Green Thai Curry
For tea, we managed to have a delectable, fresh vege Green Thai Curry, complete with (enough) of those freshly Shelled Peas.
