The two activities my boys will always say YES to,
are clay play and anything to do with hammers.
Mr Turtle came up with the idea of boats.
No, they didn't quite float, but the fun was in the making!
Personally I would have preferred versatile sticks from the garden for the masts, but they insisted on staws, so they could easily cut them to 'just the right length'.
The sails are made from tissue paper.
